And I will rejoice in Jerusalem, and joy in my people: and the voice of weeping shall be no more heard in her, nor the voice of crying.
And I will celebrate Jerusalem and find joy in my people. The sounds of weeping will never again be heard in the city, nor will there be any crying.
God is promising a future time when He will take great delight in His people and their city, where all sorrow and tears will be completely gone.
