⚡ EN RESUMEN

The king discovers Haman appearing to assault Queen Esther and immediately orders his execution by having his face covered - the sign of a man condemned to die.

📚 Historical Context

This dramatic scene occurs at Esther's second banquet where she has just revealed Haman's plot to destroy the Jewish people. In Persian culture, approaching the king's wife inappropriately was punishable by death, and covering a condemned man's face was the customary signal that execution would follow immediately.
