And will make an offering by fire unto the LORD, a burnt offering, or a sacrifice in performing a vow, or in a freewill offering, or in your solemn feasts, to make a sweet savour unto the LORD, of the herd, or of the flock:
And you will make a fire offering to the LORD, a burnt offering, or a sacrifice to fulfill a promise you made, or a voluntary offering, or during your special feast days, to create a pleasing aroma to the LORD, using cattle from your herd or sheep and goats from your flock.
God is instructing the Israelites about the different types of animal sacrifices they can offer to Him, whether for special promises, voluntary gifts, or during festivals.
