Then goeth he, and taketh to him seven other spirits more wicked than himself; and they enter in, and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first.
So this spirit goes out and recruits seven other spirits that are even worse than it was. They all move back in together, and now this person ends up in a way darker place than where they started.
Half-hearted change can leave you worse off than before, real healing means filling the empty spaces with something good.
