📚 Contexto Histórico
This prophecy was given to King Zedekiah of Judah around 588-587 BC during the final siege of Jerusalem by Nebuchadnezzar's Babylonian army. Zedekiah had rebelled against Babylon despite Jeremiah's warnings, and the city was under its final assault. The phrase 'speak with thee mouth to mouth' proved literally true when Nebuchadnezzar confronted Zedekiah after his capture.
