📚 Contexto Histórico
This verse begins a new section of Isaiah that was written during or near the end of the Babylonian exile (around 540 BC). The Jewish people had been taken captive from their homeland and were living as exiles in Babylon for decades. God is now speaking through the prophet to announce that their time of punishment and suffering is coming to an end.
