📚 Contexto Histórico
This verse comes from the tribes of Reuben, Gad, and half of Manasseh who wanted to settle east of the Jordan River because the land was good for their livestock. Moses was initially concerned they would abandon their fellow Israelites, but these tribes promised to send their fighting men to help conquer the Promised Land west of the Jordan before returning to their families.
