This verse comes from Joseph's interpretation of Pharaoh's dreams while Joseph was in prison in Egypt. Joseph had been sold into slavery by his brothers and later imprisoned on false charges, but God gave him the ability to interpret dreams. Pharaoh had two troubling dreams that his magicians couldn't explain, leading to Joseph being brought from prison to interpret them.
