Lead by example — people follow footsteps, not finger-pointing.
Be strong and brave! Don't be afraid or discouraged — the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.
What leadership challenge requires courage right now?
Courage isn't the absence of fear — it's leading through it.
Submit to your leaders and respect their authority — they watch over your souls and will have to give an account.
Who holds you accountable as a leader?
Leaders who answer to no one are the most dangerous kind.
