And I will strengthen the house of Judah, and I will save the house of Joseph, and I will bring them again to place them; for I have mercy upon them: and they shall be as though I had not cast them off: for I am the LORD their God, and will hear them.
I'm going to make Judah strong again and rescue Joseph's people too. I'll bring them back home and settle them there, because I have compassion for them. It'll be like I never turned my back on them in the first place. I am their God, and I will listen when they call out to me.
God's saying 'I'm bringing you home and acting like the separation never happened, because that's how much I care about you.'
