And your threshing shall reach unto the vintage, and the vintage shall reach unto the sowing time: and ye shall eat your bread to the full, and dwell in your land safely.
Your harvest season will last so long that it will overlap with grape harvest time, and grape harvest will last until it's time to plant again. You will have plenty of food to eat and live safely in your land.
God is promising that if His people obey Him, they will have abundant harvests year-round and live in complete safety and security.
📚 Historical Context
This verse is part of God's covenant promises to the Israelites as they prepared to enter the Promised Land. In an agricultural society, having overlapping harvest seasons meant extraordinary abundance, as there would normally be gaps between different crops. God was promising supernatural blessing on their farming if they followed His laws.
