Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye be come into the land which I give unto you, and shall reap the harvest thereof, then ye shall bring a sheaf of the firstfruits of your harvest unto the priest:
Tell the people of Israel this: When you enter the land I'm giving you and harvest your crops, bring the first bundle of grain from your harvest to the priest.
God is instructing the Israelites to offer the first portion of their harvest to Him as an act of gratitude and acknowledgment that He provides everything.
