Thy watchmen shall lift up the voice; with the voice together shall they sing: for they shall see eye to eye, when the LORD shall bring again Zion.
Your guards will shout with joy; they will sing together as one voice, because they will see clearly and agree completely when the LORD brings back Zion.
This verse promises that God's people will unite in joyful celebration when the LORD restores His people to their homeland.
