Look upon Zion, the city of our solemnities: thine eyes shall see Jerusalem a quiet habitation, a tabernacle that shall not be taken down; not one of the stakes thereof shall ever be removed, neither shall any of the cords thereof be broken.
Look at Zion, the city where we celebrate our holy festivals: you will see Jerusalem as a peaceful place to live, like a tent that will never be torn down. None of its tent stakes will ever be pulled up, and none of its ropes will ever be broken.
God is promising that Jerusalem will become a place of lasting peace and security that can never be destroyed or moved.
