📚 Historical Context
This advice came from Jethro, Moses' father-in-law, who visited Moses in the wilderness and saw him trying to judge all disputes among the Israelites by himself from morning until evening. Jethro suggested this system of delegated leadership to prevent Moses from burning out and to provide better justice for the people.
