Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.
So don't rush to judge anyone right now, wait until Jesus comes back. He's going to expose all the hidden stuff and reveal what people were really thinking in their hearts. When that happens, everyone will get the credit they actually deserve from God.
Hold your judgment, God sees the full picture and he's the only one qualified to give final grades.
📚 Historical Context
In the first century AD, the church in Corinth was dealing with deep divisions and conflicts, as believers were forming factions and judging one another, including the apostles, based on superficial or worldly criteria. Paul wrote his letter to the Corinthians to address these issues and assert his authority as an apostle, urging them not to make hasty judgments. He emphasized that ultimate judgment belongs to God, who will reveal hidden truths at Christ's return.
