Beside the burnt offering of the month, and his meat offering, and the daily burnt offering, and his meat offering, and their drink offerings, according unto their manner, for a sweet savour, a sacrifice made by fire unto the LORD.
These sacrifices are in addition to the monthly burnt offering with its grain offering, and the daily burnt offering with its grain offering, and their drink offerings. All of these should be prepared according to the proper way, creating a pleasing aroma as a fire offering to the LORD.
This verse explains that the special festival sacrifices were offered alongside the regular daily and monthly sacrifices, all prepared properly to please God.
