And he spake unto Korah and unto all his company, saying, Even to morrow the LORD will shew who are his, and who is holy; and will cause him to come near unto him: even him whom he hath chosen will he cause to come near unto him.
And Moses spoke to Korah and all his followers, saying, 'Tomorrow the LORD will show who belongs to Him and who is holy. He will bring the person He has chosen close to Himself.'
Moses is telling the rebels that God will prove the next day who He has truly chosen to serve Him as priests.
📚 Historical Context
In the book of Numbers, the Israelites were wandering in the desert after their exodus from Egypt, facing various challenges and rebellions during their journey. Korah, a Levite, along with Dathan and Abiram, led a group in challenging Moses and Aaron's leadership, claiming that the entire community was holy and should share in priestly duties. Moses responded by declaring that God Himself would reveal who He had chosen as His holy leaders through a divine test.
