And thou shalt hang up the vail under the taches, that thou mayest bring in thither within the vail the ark of the testimony: and the vail shall divide unto you between the holy place and the most holy.
You must hang the curtain under the clasps, so you can bring the ark of the covenant inside, behind the curtain. This curtain will separate the holy place from the most holy place.
God is instructing Moses to hang a special curtain that will separate the regular holy area from the most sacred area where the ark of the covenant will be kept.
📚 Historical Context
This instruction was given to Moses while the Israelites were camped at Mount Sinai, where God was providing detailed plans for building the tabernacle (portable worship tent). The curtain, or veil, would create the most sacred space called the Holy of Holies, where only the high priest could enter once a year. This separation emphasized God's holiness and the careful reverence required to approach Him.
