📚 Contexto Histórico
The tribe of Dan was originally assigned territory in the coastal plain west of Jerusalem, which included fertile valleys. However, the Amorites were a powerful Canaanite people who had established themselves in this region and proved too strong for Dan to overcome. This forced displacement eventually led the Danites to migrate north to find new territory, as described later in Judges 18.
