📚 Contexto Histórico
This verse concludes the dismissal of the tribes of Reuben, Gad, and half of Manasseh after they had fulfilled their promise to help conquer the Promised Land. These tribes had already received their inheritance on the east side of the Jordan River, but had agreed to cross over and fight alongside their fellow Israelites until the land was subdued. After seven years of warfare, Joshua was now releasing them to return to their families and lands.
