📚 Contexto Histórico
This verse comes from Jeremiah's temple sermon around 609-608 BC, during the reign of King Jehoiakim. The people of Judah had been mixing pagan worship practices with their worship of God, even placing idols and foreign religious objects inside Solomon's temple in Jerusalem. This syncretistic worship was a major reason God allowed Judah to be conquered by Babylon.
