📚 Contexto Histórico
This prophecy was given during the final siege of Jerusalem by Babylon around 588-586 BC. The Babylonian army had temporarily withdrawn from Jerusalem, possibly to deal with an approaching Egyptian force, giving the people false hope of deliverance. Zedekiah was the last king of Judah before the nation fell to Babylon.
