📚 Contexto Histórico
Jeremiah was prophesying to Jerusalem before its destruction by Babylon around 586 BC. The people had been ignoring God's laws, including the command to rest on the Sabbath, instead conducting regular business and trade. God was giving them a chance to repent and return to following His commands before judgment came.
