📚 Contexto Histórico
This verse comes from one of Isaiah's 'Servant Songs' written during Israel's exile in Babylon (around 586-538 BC). Isaiah was prophesying about God's coming servant who would fulfill God's righteous purposes and properly honor God's law. The Jewish people had been taken into captivity partly because they had dishonored God's law, so this promise of the law being magnified and made honorable would have brought hope.
