And Moses said, Behold, I go out from thee, and I will intreat the LORD that the swarms of flies may depart from Pharaoh, from his servants, and from his people, to morrow: but let not Pharaoh deal deceitfully any more in not letting the people go to sacrifice to the LORD.

In the book of Exodus, God is using a series of plagues to demonstrate His power and compel Pharaoh to release the Israelites from slavery in Egypt. At this stage, the fourth plague of swarms of flies has overwhelmed the Egyptians, and Pharaoh has promised to let the people go if Moses prays for the plague to end. Moses is cautioning Pharaoh against deceitfully reneging on this promise once the flies are removed.
