📚 Contexto Histórico
This verse comes just before the famous parting of the Red Sea, when the Israelites were trapped between Pharaoh's approaching army and the water. After nine devastating plagues, Pharaoh had finally let the Israelites go, but then changed his mind and pursued them with his military forces. God was about to demonstrate His supreme power one final time by drowning the Egyptian army in the sea.
