This is part of Bildad's second speech to Job, where he's describing the fate that awaits wicked people. Bildad is one of Job's three friends who incorrectly assumes Job must have sinned to deserve his suffering. In ancient times, brimstone (sulfur) was associated with divine judgment and complete destruction, as seen in the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah.
