📚 Contexto Histórico
This prophecy was given around 587 BC during the final siege of Jerusalem by Nebuchadnezzar's Babylonian army. King Zedekiah had rebelled against Babylon despite Jeremiah's warnings, and the city was about to fall. Jeremiah was predicting the exact fate that would befall the last king of Judah - capture and exile to Babylon.
