📚 Contexto Histórico
The Book of Haggai was written around 520 BC to the Jewish people who had returned from exile in Babylon after the Persian conquest. They were preoccupied with rebuilding their own homes and securing their personal lives, while the temple of the Lord remained in ruins due to neglect and opposition. Through the prophet Haggai, God called the people to pause and evaluate their misplaced priorities in light of His commands.
