📚 Contexto Histórico
This verse comes during the reign of King Manasseh of Judah, who led the people into terrible idolatry and evil practices. God is speaking through prophets, warning that because of Manasseh's sins and the people's unfaithfulness, He will allow the destruction that eventually came through the Babylonian conquest. This prophecy was fulfilled when Jerusalem was destroyed in 586 BC and the people were taken into exile.
