📚 Contexto Histórico

In the biblical narrative, King Solomon was preparing to build the First Temple in Jerusalem as a permanent house for God, continuing the vision his father David had established but could not fulfill. He turned to Hiram, the king of Tyre, for skilled laborers and materials like cedar wood, as Tyre was a prosperous Phoenician city renowned for its craftsmanship and trade. The craftsman Huram-abi, described in this verse, represented a blend of Israelite and foreign heritage, highlighting how God used international cooperation to achieve His purposes in Israel's history.
