✦ SIMPLIFICADO

In the first century AD, the Apostle Paul was traveling and establishing churches, including in Corinth, where he faced criticism from false teachers who questioned his motives. Paul often supported himself through his trade as a tentmaker to maintain his integrity and avoid being a financial burden on the new believers. In this letter, he's defending his ministry by emphasizing that when he was in need in Corinth, he relied on support from brothers in Macedonia rather than the local church.
