📚 Contexto Histórico
During the reign of King Hezekiah in Judah, the nation had fallen into idolatry and neglect of the temple, so Hezekiah initiated reforms to restore proper worship as part of his efforts to turn the people back to God. He organized the Levites to play musical instruments like cymbals, psalteries, and harps, following the original instructions given by King David and confirmed by prophets such as Gad and Nathan. This was rooted in God's direct commands through His prophets, highlighting the role of music in structured temple worship as established in Israel's history.
