Josafat y su pueblo encontraron tantas riquezas de sus enemigos derrotados que necesitaron tres días para recoger todos los tesoros.
📚 Contexto Histórico
In the historical context of 2 Chronicles 20, King Jehoshaphat of Judah faced a massive invasion from allied enemy nations, including the Moabites and Ammonites, which threatened the survival of his kingdom. He responded by calling the people to prayer and fasting, and God answered through a prophet, promising deliverance and causing the enemies to turn on each other in confusion, leading to their defeat without Judah's army fighting. As a result, Jehoshaphat and his people discovered an overwhelming abundance of spoils among the dead bodies, including riches and jewels that took three days to gather.
