📚 Contexto Histórico
This occurs during King Saul's pursuit of David, whom he saw as a threat to his throne. Ahimelech, the high priest at Nob, had unknowingly helped David by giving him food and Goliath's sword when David was fleeing from Saul. When Saul discovered this through his servant Doeg the Edomite, he accused Ahimelech of conspiracy and ordered his execution along with all the other priests.
