Then the presidents and princes sought to find occasion against Daniel concerning the kingdom; but they could find none occasion nor fault; forasmuch as he was faithful, neither was there any error or fault found in him.
The other government officials were desperate to find something wrong with Daniel, anything they could use against him. But they came up empty every single time. Daniel was completely trustworthy, and they couldn't find even the smallest mistake or character flaw.
