Day 1

Come and Rest

Matthew 11:28-30
Clear, easy-to-understand.
Jesus said: Come to me, everyone who's exhausted and carrying too much. I'll give you rest. Walk with me and learn from me — I'm gentle and humble. You'll find rest for your very soul.

What are you carrying that Jesus is asking you to set down?

Jesus's invitation isn't to try harder — it's to rest.

Day 2

Be Still

Psalm 46:10
Clear, easy-to-understand.
Stop. Be quiet. Know that I am God. I will be honored everywhere — across every nation, across the whole earth.

When was the last time you were truly still before God?

Sometimes the most spiritual thing you can do is stop.

Day 3

Sabbath Rest

Exodus 20:8-10
Clear, easy-to-understand.
Remember to keep one day set apart as holy. Work for six days, but the seventh day belongs to God — it's your day of rest.

Do you have a regular rhythm of rest in your life?

Rest isn't optional — God literally commanded it.

Day 4

God Fights for You

Exodus 14:14
Clear, easy-to-understand.
God will fight the battle for you. All you need to do is be still.

What battle are you fighting that God wants to handle?

Stop fighting — let God take over.

Day 5

Renewed Strength

Isaiah 40:31
Clear, easy-to-understand.
But those who wait on God will get fresh strength. They'll soar like eagles. They'll run without getting tired. They'll walk without giving up.

Are you willing to wait on God instead of running on empty?

Waiting on God isn't passive — it's how you recharge.
