Likewise from Tibhath, and from Chun, cities of Hadarezer, brought David very much brass, wherewith Solomon made the brasen sea, and the pillars, and the vessels of brass.
David also took a huge amount of bronze from Tibhath and Chun, which were cities belonging to Hadarezer. Later, Solomon used this bronze to make the bronze sea, the pillars, and all the bronze items for the temple.
